Diamond Head (Le’ahi)
Have you ever seen anything as stunning as Diamond Head (Lē‘ahi)? It’s like the crown jewel of Waikiki’s coastline, just lounging there near the eastern edge. This place is Hawaii’s superstar landmark, famous for its epic hiking trail, jaw-dropping coastal views, and cool military history.
But Diamond Head isn’t just a pretty face. Oh no, it’s also home to one of the most exclusive neighborhoods around. Think opulent homes perched on lush green hills, all overlooking the sparkling Pacific. The “Gold Coast” community here is the ultimate escape from city life, offering pure natural beauty and breathtaking views from every angle.
You’re just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the beach, Kapiolani Park, and downtown Honolulu. Yet, it feels like a secret hideaway far from the touristy hustle and bustle. It’s got this chill, suburban vibe but with that irresistible island flair we all adore.
This iconic neighborhood has attracted some of the world’s most influential folks, and the real estate? Some of the priciest on the island, but totally worth it. Imagine waking up every day to serene vibes and total peace of mind. Paradise found, right? 🌺🌴

Tools and gloves for the workday will be provided by Park staff, but volunteers are welcome to bring their personal tools and gloves. If you plan to bring personal tools, make sure they are labeled and let Parks staff know ahead.
Working within Diamond Head, the weather can get very hot and dry, and the terrain is often uneven. Come prepared to work in the sun and do moderate to heavy lifting/carrying.

Diamond Head Market & Grill
This place never disappoints. Not much on atmosphere but who cares when you have baked goods as delicious as they do. Awesome place to grab a picnic lunch prior to the beach or going to the park. http://www.diamondheadmarket.com/
